For licensed Texas tradespeople

Stop paying for leads.

Most platforms sell your time before you’ve done the work. anti-seo.com pays you for the work, not the listing. No monthly fee. No per-lead charge. No bidding against three other pros for the same job.

What you can put down.

  • Yelp / Google AdsPay-per-click, climbs with competitor spend
  • Angi / HomeAdvisor leads$30–$120 per lead, sold to 3+ pros
  • Thumbtack creditsYou bid; even rejected bids cost you
  • Black-box bid cardsNo visibility into the customer's budget until after you pay for the lead
  • SEO retainer agencies$1–5K / month, 6-month commitments

What you pick up.

  • Real customers, sole-sourcedEach job is dispatched to one provider — not auctioned to three
  • Real-time price visibilitySee the customer's price, the active modifiers (surge, route-fit, gap), and your exact payout — before you tap Accept
  • $99/mo subscription, first job free$99/mo (or $990/yr) keeps your seat live. $9.99/mo per appointed worker. The customer pays a $4.99 booking fee — never on your tip or sales tax

Four steps. No sales call.

Sign-up is self-serve. You’re live the same day you finish verification. Nothing about this platform requires you to talk to a salesperson — and we don’t employ one.

01

Sign up free

Verify your TSBPE / TDLR / TDA / etc. license, your insurance, and your service area. We don't charge for the seat.

02

Set your real schedule

Block out your week. Customers book your actual open slots — no overbooking, no callbacks asking when you're free.

03

Get matched

When a job comes in within your radius and trade, you get a 30-second accept/decline ping with the route, scope, the customer's price, the active modifiers (surge, route-fit, gap), and your exact payout. No black box.

04

Run the job, submit the invoice

Add parts, materials, and time. The customer reviews on their phone, approves, optionally tips. Stripe captures and pays you.

Get in at launch.

We’re opening the platform to verified providers across every supported trade. The earlier you sign up, the more of the initial customer demand routes to you — fewer competing listings, a longer track record by the time the marketplace fills out.

The launch advantage

Be among the first. Any trade.

A marketplace is only as good as the response time on its worst day. The first wave of providers — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, handymen, every supported trade — captures that early demand directly. Same $99/mo subscription everyone pays, but a much shorter line. Your rating and reliability score start compounding from job one.

Fifteen trades, one licensing rule.

For trades Texas regulates, we verify your license number with the issuing agency at sign-up. For trades that aren’t state-licensed in Texas, we verify your general-liability insurance instead. Either way, your customers see what you’re actually qualified to do — by trade, not by tagline.

The obvious questions.

What does it cost to join?
Your first captured job is free. After that, $99/mo (or $990/yr — same as 10 months) keeps your seat active. Workers you appoint to your team are $9.99/mo each (or $99.90/yr). The customer pays a flat $4.99 booking fee per job and the payment-processing surcharge (3% credit / 1% ACH cap $5 / debit free) — never deducted from your payout, and never charged on tips or sales tax.
Do I need a state license?
For trades that Texas regulates (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, pest control, locksmith), yes — we verify your TSBPE / TDLR / TDA / DPS-PSB number at sign-up. For trades that aren't state-licensed in Texas (handyman, fence, painting, landscaping, roofing, tree, pool, appliance repair), we verify your general-liability insurance instead.
How do payouts work?
You receive 100% of your listed pretax price (plus any tip) via Stripe Connect when the customer approves the invoice. The customer-paid booking fee, payment surcharge, and sales tax stay on the platform balance — they don't come out of your payout. From Stripe Connect it transfers to your business bank; most providers see funds in 24–48 hours.
Can I see who I'd be working with before I accept?
Yes — every job ping shows the address, the trade, the scope description, the timing, and your expected payout before you tap Accept. Decline costs nothing; the job re-routes to the next-closest provider.
How much pricing visibility do I have before I accept a job?
Total. The dispatch ping shows the customer's pretax price, every active modifier (surge for "right now" bookings, the −15% route-fit when you're already nearby, the −10% gap-filler when you're slotting into your own open time), the customer-paid fees on their invoice, and your exact payout in dollars. No bid cards, no "starting at" ranges, no surprises after you've committed. The same pricing engine the customer sees runs on your screen too — that's the whole point of "anti-SEO": every number in the marketplace is the same number on every screen.
How is reputation tracked?
Per-trade. A licensed plumber moonlighting as a handyman doesn't carry one rating across both — your plumbing rating is separate from your handyman rating. Reliability strikes (no-shows, late arrivals) accumulate per-trade too.

Get paid for the work, not the listing.

Sign-up is free, takes about ten minutes, and goes through license verification the same day. No salesperson will call you.
